Tesco brand Chocolate Cake Mix
4 Eggs
300g Butter
Cooking Instructions:
1) Pre-heat oven to 180 deg.C around 45 mins.
2) Empty the contents of the cake mix sachet into a mixing bowl and eggs one by one for every 5 mins.
3) Melt 300g of butter and add into the mixture.
4) Pour the better into a greased cake tin and bake for 20-25 mins at 180 degree celcius until a skewer inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.

Steve Jobs died peacefully: Family
Apple co-founder Steve Jobs died "peacefully", his family said, as they thanked those who have supported them through the past year of his battle with cancer.
"Steve died peacefully today surrounded by his family," his relatives said in a statement on Wednesday, US time.
"In his public life, Steve was known as a visionary; in his private life, he cherished his family," the family said.
"We are thankful to the many people who have shared their wishes and prayers during the last year of Steve's illness; a website will be provided for those who wish to offer tributes and memories."
Jobs died on Wednesday at age 56. He is survived by his wife Laurene, with whom he had three children. He also had a daughter with a woman he dated before marrying.
Apple announced his death on Wednesday without giving a specific cause.
"We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today," the company said in a brief statement.
"Steve's brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve."
Jobs had pancreatic cancer in 2004 and underwent a liver transplant in 2009 after taking a leave of absence for unspecified health problems.
He took another leave of absence in January - his third since his health problems began - before resigning as chief executive six weeks ago.
Jobs became Apple's chairman and handed the chief executive job over to his hand-picked successor, Tim Cook.
Cook on Wednesday described Jobs as a "visionary and creative genius".
"The world has lost an amazing human being," Cook said.
"Steve leaves behind a company that only he could have built, and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple."

Festival of Malaysia - Deepavali on 26 October 2011Deepavali (also known as Diwali) is celebrated universally by Hindus and is observed as a public holiday in Malaysia. This festival falls between the month of October and November, the fourteenth day of the Tamil month of Aipasi. It is also known to many as the Festival of Lights.
The word “Deepavali” derives from the combination of the words ‘Dipa’ and ‘Gavali’, the former meaning ‘light’ and the latter meaning ‘a row’. Thus symbolising the rows of lights that can be seen at the houses of Hindu celebrants. As light dispels darkness, this festival symbolises the victory of good over evil.
At the dawn of Deepavali, Hindus perform the ritual oil bath which signifies a cleansing of the body and soul. Following this symbolic rite in purification which marks a new beginning, devotees visit the temple where shrines of Hindu deities are encircled with flower garlands.
Decorating a Kolam
The entrances of Hindu homes are decorated with the ‘kolam’, an intricate floral design on the ground which signifies religious believes. This religious connotation, revolves around the Goddess of Wealth, the deity Lakshimi. Many believe that the Goddess Lakshimi would only enter a home with a ‘kolam’ at the entrance.

Steamed Tofu with Preserved Duck Egg (豆腐皮蛋)
Ingredients: Japan Tofu, Preserved Duck Eggs and Green Onion leaves
Methods:
1) Cut japan tofu in half along the ' dot line' and remove the packaging and cut it into thin size. Arrange tofu piece on a steaming plate.
2) Steam over high heat for about 5-8 mins.
3) Garnish with chopped spring onions.
